Chairman – Mr. S.S. Jain
Mr. S.S. Jain is widely regarded as a visionary in the cement process industry. His contributions reshaped global cement manufacturing practices through technological innovation.
In 1995, he pioneered the use of fly ash, a power plant byproduct, in cement production. This innovation enhanced cement strength while reducing production costs and represented an early industrial application of circular economy principles.
In 2000, he introduced the use of petroleum coke (petcoke) as an alternative fuel to coal in cement kilns. This advancement reduced fuel costs while utilizing refinery byproducts, again demonstrating forward-thinking sustainable engineering.
President & Managing Director – Mr. Surender Singh Jain
Taking operational leadership in 1997, Mr. Surender Singh Jain expanded Oswal Engineers from a specialized sampling OEM into a comprehensive cement process technology company. Under his leadership, the company strengthened its global footprint and diversified into multiple cement process domains.
Executive Director (Operations) – Mr. Rishabh Jain
Representing the next generation of leadership, Mr. Rishabh Jain, an IIT graduate, leads operations with a focus on engineering modernization, process technology advancement, and global OEM positioning.
